WHO THIS IS FOR

Academic life often intersects with home dynamics, relationships, and responsibilities that extend beyond the classroom. We support students navigating complex personal contexts while juggling academic and professional expectations across different stages of college and graduate training.

Many of the students we work with are navigating situations like:

  • Ongoing family stress, conflict, or unresolved history that affects focus or emotional bandwidth

  • Feeling responsible for others while trying to meet school deadlines and program requirements

  • Relationship patterns that feel hard to break or understand

  • High-pressure roles or performance demands (athletics, leadership, competitive degree fields, certification or licensure exams)

  • Recovering from difficult or harmful experiences that disrupted a sense of stability

  • Struggling to feel grounded, regulated, or emotionally steady during the school year

  • Wanting consistent support rather than short-term or one-off counseling

(You don't need to be experiencing all of these for therapy to be helpful.)

OUR APPROACH

We offer ongoing, consistent, and relationship-based therapy through secure virtual sessions. Appointments take place online and can be accessed from your phone, laptop, tablet, or computer, making it easier to fit therapy into real life.

Sessions happen from spaces students already use: a bedroom, apartment, quiet corner, or wherever privacy feels most comfortable that day. This flexibility allows care to continue alongside changing schedules, housing, travel, and academic demands.

When different parts of college life start to pile up, having the right support can make a real difference.
