We make your school's access processes easier to navigate.

Our trauma-informed assessments and documentations support help students secure the accommodations they need, on and off campus.

WHO WE SERVE

Our academic accommodation assessments and off-campus emotional support animal (ESA) evaluations are for students who need formal documentation to support access needs related to academics, housing, or daily functioning.

We work with students seeking:

  • Accommodations such as extended time on tests, note-taking assistance, preferential seating, and flexible deadlines

  • Documentation for emotional support animals (ESA)

  • Housing-related accommodations when living environments affect mental health or academic functioning

  • Support for access needs in off-campus housing or with property management

  • Clear, professional evaluations aligned with institutional review processes

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Our process is designed to be straightforward and supportive.

1. Choose how you want to begin.
Start with a brief phone consultation or complete a self-service consultation questionnaire.

2. Complete an assessment session.
All students participate in a comprehensive virtual evaluation tailored to their needs.

3. Receive documentation you can use.
We provide clear, professional reports aligned with institutional and housing review processes.

Available for students across CA, CO, DC, IL, MD, TN, TX & VA

"For the first time, I feel like my situation isn't too complicated to explain."

My therapist helps me connect things I've been carrying for a long time and actually make sense of them. I don't feel rushed or judged, and I leave sessions with tools I can use in real life, not just in theory.

Academic Accommodation Assessment (AAA)

Off-Campus Housing ESA Evaluation

$800

A clinical evaluation used to determine eligibility for academic or functional accommodations. When clinically indicated, recommendations may also include emotional support animals (ESA) or housing-related considerations.

$350

An assessment for students living off campus who are requesting and meet criteria for an emotional support animal (ESA) housing letter for a landlord or property management company.

AAA + Off-Campus Housing Letter

$950

For students who complete an Academic Accommodation Assessment and are also clinically appropriate for an ESA but live off-campus. Because off-campus housing requires documentation separate from academic reports and identifies our office as a clinical point of contact, this option includes additional evaluative and documentation responsibilities.
