It's okay to need more support for what you're carrying.

When academic pressures, family dynamics, and personal stress overlap, it can be hard to know what kind of care you need, or where to start.

WHO WE SERVE

We work with students whose college lives are shaped by more than coursework. For many, pressure, responsibility, and transition overlap in ways that affect academic success, belonging, and the ability to manage day-to-day life.

Undergraduate Students

Students balancing coursework, family dynamics, identity development, and the emotional weight of college life.

Graduate & Professional Students

Students managing advanced educational demands, professional preparation, and the weight of long-term career and financial decisions.

Students Experiencing Added Responsibility or Disruption

Students carrying additional loads that complicate focus and functioning (e.g. leadership roles, athletics, first-generation transitions, or other circumstances that add strain).

OUR APPROACH

Our services extend what schools are able to provide by offering ongoing therapy for students who need more time, depth, or consistency than is typically available through campus counseling centers. We also provide academic accommodation assessments and emotional support animal (ESA) evaluations to support student access needs on and off campus.

Available for students across CA, CO, DC, IL, MD, TN, TX & VA

"For the first time, I feel like my situation isn't too complicated to explain."

My therapist helps me connect things I've been carrying for a long time and actually make sense of them. I don't feel rushed or judged, and I leave sessions with tools I can use in real life, not just in theory.

When different parts of college life start to pile up, having the right support can make a real difference.
